Hailing from medieval Norway, Eivor was born into nobility. At nine years old, her parents were murdered in front of her, and she was subsequently adopted by a Norwegian petty king. She spent the next sixteen years of her life training as a warrior in order to finally avenge her parents and regain her family's lost honor.
She has since crossed the North Sea to the resource-heavy land of England, where she serves as second-in-command to her chieftain. From her home in the settlement of Ravensthorpe, she travels throughout England and beyond to secure allies and extinguish threats to her clansmen.
Her stalwart and humorless appearance belies the soul of a poet, and beneath it all is a deeper inner life that hides a secret lying in wait for thousands of years.

Tall and imposing, Eivor makes an instant impression. A deep scar runs across her left cheek, and the right side of her neck bears a mess of old scars from the jaws of an animal. Her hair is woven into braids, with the right side of her head shaved and sporting a stylized tattoo of a raven.
